Breakfast is bad. No TV in the room. Uncomfortable stay.

The location was great, but there was building going on and the rooms weren't ready for us. But the staff were helpful.

We could have been given a welcome, towels and loo paper.

The room was very neat and clean. The owner is very good person to accompany for everything. Good advantage of the place is very nearby all the visiting places like Elephant ride, Kalari, Kathakali, magic shows and booking counter for boating. You can't get the tickets for boating ASAP so you need to book it online in advance at least a month ago. Since i haven't gone to boating.

My only recommendation is they can include more items for break fast. It was very limited items.

Location was pretty, and green. The room was as per the photos. Very homely stay, and also super clean. Mr. Joseph was super helpful.

We had a pleasant stay here which is very near to Periyar tiger reserve , Thekkady. Courteous property owner. The breakfast provided was also good. Overall nice.

Location and staff behaviour

Nothing.. absolutely nothing. Location is good but this property has the worst person running this. Never even stay there for evn 10 rupees

The check was was pretty hectic even though we informed him 2 days before that we are going to check in late . Promised us to chill out beer in the freezer when asked about it he said he wouldn't give it until the next morning. Started talking rudely to us who were exhausted after a long drive. The person who was checking in us turned into a chameleon , he said he doens't allow bachelors and liquor, he didn't say bachelors aren't allowed when we called him 5 times on the day of booking and 3 times on the day of check-in. He threatened us by saying if you want you can't stay or leave as it was already 12.30am and the local people started gathering to threaten us , when the property owner started abusing us ..and started judging a fellow persons hairstyle. Such kind of homestays who doesn't show hospitallity even booking for an unreasonable price , this place should be considered blacklisted . We checked out immediately as he threatened us.

The decor, room size, well maintained garden, corridor space and seating arrangements.

Some ground floor deluxe rooms had dampness & mould on the ceiling that were loosely painted over. Will be good to have an in-house restaurant.
