"Nastawieni tylko na kasę, zero ludzkiego podejścia ​Szczerze odradzam."

Przez błąd systemu zapłaciłem za pokój dwa razy (pierwsza rezerwacja ze śniadaniem nie weszła, mimo że ściągnęło kasę z konta). Drugą rezerwację robiłem na szybko w trasie i przez pomyłkę zaznaczyłem opcję bez śniadania. ​Na miejscu opisałem całą sytuację, pokazałem potwierdzenia płatności i prosiłem tylko o to, żeby policzyli nam śniadanie tak jak w tej pierwszej ofercie (chciałem dopłacić różnicę). Personel miał to gdzieś. Zero zrozumienia czy dobrej woli, żeby wyjść naprzeciw klientowi, który i tak już zapłacił im podwójnie. Kazali płacić pełną stawkę z cennika restauracyjnego i koniec. Liczy się tylko kasa, a nie człowiek. Nigdy więcej tam nie wrócę.
