Very good breakfast, beautiful well maintained old buildings and nice pool with spectacular views.

We did not get the fan on the roof working.

Beautiful location on a hillside with views. Car park is large and level Pool is a decent size and clean with plenty of sunbeds. Room was good with a ceiling fan that was quiet and efficient Bathroom good size and shower good You have to drive to get to a restaurant. There are a couple of local ones in Monzuno, decent prices that the locals use. We ate at one, nice pasta, pizzas also looked good.We asked to check in early to use the pool and this wasn’t an issue. So able to relax after a long drive.

This country house is impeccable, fully renovated and transformed into a BnB, ran by its owners. The owners were always there, being very helpful when needed, for example they called the restaurant located 1km downhill to make sure that a table is reserved on our behalf. The breakfast was very tasty with a decent selection of produce. The surrounding area is very pitoresque and the view from the house's vantage point is really nice. The windows blinds made the room pitch black and the insects net might come in handy once the insects become active and numerous.

The noise isolation was terrible, in a typical poor standard known for Italy and Southern Euriope. Therefore we could hear everything through the walls, to such an extent that a powernap was not possible because the owners and other guests were of course awake and active. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. Due to the fact that it was an unusually cold May, the room felt very cold. Also, the area is quite remote, a nearby road closure making it even longer to reach from Bologna.

Our room was beautiful and clean, with a view of the mountains from the terrace. You can also enjoy the panorama from the pool. The city center, shops and restaurants were a 5-10 minute drive away. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hosts are kind and helpful. They even helped us when our car broke down and we needed an extra night and Italian translation with the mechanics. We are very grateful for it!

Beautiful home set amongst rolling hills, this was the most serene escape. The room was so clean with high quality toiletries provided & a very comfortable bed. Gorgeous views from all around the property. We stopped here on the way from Florence to Bologna & it truly took us by surprise just how beautiful the area is, there is so much to explore & return for. Breakfast again was high quality produce. Alice is a wonderful host & has put so much care & effort into every small detail.
