There's no separation between the toilet and the room which makes it difficult for guest to relieve themselves

There is no signage about the direction, communication with the phone sometimes (Navigation) is misleading.

The rooms where clean only that's the only thing I liked

The rooms where clean. The room had only one bath towels. There were no blankets or a heater to keep the place warm since it's Winter we were shivering to death. The entrance gate is always open unless you step out of the car an close the gate. The roads are gravel and it's dark no street lights.

I didn't like anything about the place..no curtains , no shower..we were told to go and bath in another room in the morning

First of all, you can’t reach the facility via phone, as I needed to make pre-arrangements, 4pm check-in is very unusual as a traveller. But nonetheless when we got there after that 4pm, the room was not ready at all. We left & came back around 11pm but the room was still not ready because they didn’t have “access” since we left with the key she gave to us. Also, no reception, you have to go wake her up in her room. The lady only speaks one language (Zulu), communication was vey hard. The place itself and staff lack professionalism. The place is in a village village village. There is no sign to show that it is “Mphagahle B&B”, you have to guess it, so it’s easy to get lost. Gate is open 24/7, it’s a safety risk. Pool is dirty No Tv, no side bed pedestals, no bin, no curtains in the bathroom (neighbours can see you), no shower curtains, no door to divide the bathroom and the bedroom, no towels and bathroom essentials, no glass/water/tea/coffee, nowhere to hang or keep clothes, basically all you get is a bed to sleep on. Water system is a disaster, they use a tanker and a heating element for hot water and we spent the whole night without water. It’s not worth the money.

Did not have breakfast

The place is located in a village, the gate of the facility is open all night. There problems with the water since there is no proper water system. A tank is used to provide water. There is no reception. No curtain in the bathroom and there are houses behind the facility. Effectively the facility is under construction and it is not ready for occupation.
