Kingsley Cottage Bed & Breakfast

Ray was super nice, welcoming and helpfull. The breakfast was really generous and delicious. The room was very clean and cozy with a view over the stunning garden. I highly recommend!

Host so helpful and friendly, breakfast hearty and healthy, place tranquil and calming. Water was beautifully hot and super cold (great if you like a cold shower)

Can’t walk anywhere must be in a car to travel safely- although this can’t be helped and if you have a car it doesn’t matter.

Ray is a credit to his craft nothing is a problem .we stayed here 4yrs ago will not be leaving it so long next time. easy reach to Holesworthy, Bude ,okehampton etc wonderful stay . thank you

Met Ray & Ann in the garden, and from that moment on they could not do enough for us. Ray took our bags to the room and got us settled. The cottage is set in lovely grounds with walks around the grounds. Breakfast, OMG if you go hungry it's your own fault, Ray was keen to cook things to your taste, and make sure you had everything you wanted. Ray was knowledgeable about the local area and was very helpful guiding us around. All in all, great place, great host, great location. A very enjoyable break, will definitely stay again if heading back down the west country. Thanks Ray & Ann
