Cute family run business, very affordable, air con available, clean rooms, can purchase water bottles onsite.

Being super picky, a great allround stay however we weren’t aware there was stairs to climb with our suitcases, and the towels were very thin, otherwise nothing!

Really lovely place with a great location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very kind as well.

Such a wonderful stay here. We ended up staying for 3 weeks. It’s owned by a lovely family that give their full heart to the place. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, and the host is so nice and respectful. There is a small kitchen where you can cool, and tables to sit at. It’s very conveniently located, a short walk from Hiriketiya beach and from Dikwella alike. Such good value for money. You can book this place with your eyes closed, it’s wonderful.

Perfect location and the hosts let me leave my bags 2 hours after checkout ! The room and bathroom are clean

It was not very comfortable given that there was no top sheet. I realized in the middle of the night that the AC was leaking and I got awakened by the smell of smoke coming from a fire below my window.

Everything about this place was awesome..very closer to the center of hiriketiya and only 5mins walking..plenty of shops around .place is super cheap and the owner is very nice

We had a wonderful time at B&B charm. It's super clean and comfortable. We had great balcony. The family are warm and welcoming. The location could not be better 7 minutes in one direction to busy heritekeya beach and 7 minutes in the other to Dickwella beach and town..a genuinely great location for seeing local life and tourist life! Whilst we were there there local 'jungle' dogs were very vocal at night! So definitely stay here, there's nothing not to love .. but either drink plenty of arrack or take some ear plugs for the night time ☺️☺️ .. also get up early and watch the wildlife in the neighborhood ..

Great location and well priced. This is a clean and well located place. It's fine but it feels a bit cramped and you can probably do better.

The name is misleading. It's not really B&B (no breakfast) and the charm is a little bit erratic. It's more cramped and with less privacy than the photos suggest. Overall it's ok given the above.
