Locatie is super. Gratis Parkere en OV vlakbij. Sipermarkt om de hoek. Mooi pand met veel authentieke details. Fijne goed onderhouden tuin.

De afwerking. Sommige muren waren niet afgeschilderd en kitchenette verouderd maar functioneel. Niet heel erg storend omdat de keuken to de sllaapkamer was waar ook een ijskast stond voor verswaren.
