Located in a lovely and peaceful area surrounded by nature. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen felt modern and had everything you would need.

The window in the room unfortunately lacked a curtain.

The listing says quiet and that is upheld with gusto ! None of us have slept so well in a long time lights out 22:00-06:00 was the best thing that could happen to our crew that night.

If you like nature and very quiet then this is the right place. Also if you are one of those people who are early to bed and an early bird in the morning then this is the right place for you with some compromises on the facilities. It is not too far from a lake and nice countryside around. The place has some history, so it was good to know that.

I think the B&B is not a proper B&B, basically it looks like a hostel with a communal kitchen so do not expect a continental breakfast... The room was below average. The furniture was quite old and shabby. The bed was single and the duvet was full of geese feathers that kept stabbing me all night, there was only one pillow provided that kept collapsing into a thin layer like a pancake. Looks like the rooms are not fully furnished/decorated. The skyline window had no curtain or blind, during summer it gets really bright early in the morning so that kept waking me up very early than I was expecting, so that was not great. There is no body gel of any sort in the shower that is very basic The drain kept choking the shower tray.

I loved the location and that it was close to our Ashram Vrads Sande. It is very impressive as it sits in the Silkeborg Forest. It was a real rural Danish experienc. Simple & clean. I loved its rustic appeal.

It’s really a beautiful place with beautiful staff! It’s in the middle of nowhere- and that’s what I love about it! You should totally visit
