"Superb"

Beech House is a traditional B&B. Our lovely host made a superb breakfast and was very friendly. We had dinner at the Boot & Shoe, well within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property for Greystoke or as a base for the Lake District.

"Perfect stay close to Helvellyn."

I would highly recommend Beech House. We stayed here for a night as it is perfectly located from Helvellyn. Since we wanted to check out early in the morning, Jill was very accommodative of our needs. She made us packed breakfast which was great. She made sure everything was in place for an early check out. Room was clean and spacious with an ensuite. I would definitely come back when we are next in lake district.
