Peaceful House Hostel

The location is good and the staff were patient and helpful.

1. We informed the host a day before and reminded them 30 mins prior to our arrival, but no one was at the reception when we got there. 2. When we checked in, there were ants in the room 😥 after a long trip with flights and bus, we had to wait about 15 minutes for them to clean, and the bathroom floor was still wet. 3. The bed frame was dusty, showing that cleaning isn’t done regularly, and there was mold around the sink, which was quite unpleasant.

The billiard was fun

Nobody at the reception that welcome you and give any kind of support. Basically no staff. No breakfast or simple coffes available. There is nothing and nobody. The room hadn’t hot water and everything looked squalid and dirty. There is a marvellous hostel round the corner much better than this. Our luggage was left unattended. To complete the picture there’s also a ‘dilapidated’ gym with rusty equipment

I had a last-minute booking for just one night, and was pleasantly surprised by how clean, well-maintained, and tasteful the room was. There were lots of thoughtful touches — like all the switches being clearly labelled in both English and Vietnamese — and the AC, hot water, and bed were all excellent. I only interacted with two very young women who seemed to be running the place; they were sweet, gentle, and gracious. They accepted my Visa card without any issues, which isn’t always the case in smaller family-run places. While we had a little trouble communicating about my morning taxi, it was sorted out with good humour. A very comfortable and welcoming stay overall.

Great service and perfect overnight stay here. Room looked just like photos, great water pressure and heat for showers. Arrived past midnight, communication was smooth ro get checked in at this time and was even able to hire a scooter and keep luggage's at reception for the day. Would stay again!

We were here for one night so not a great deal of time to go off but it was clean and cheap. For a hostel very nice
