The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. The location is very close to the train and bus station. It's worth every penny.

The owner is very attentive to guests' needs, even if these needs are not related to the hotel. The apartments are excellent, the decor is stylish, and the breakfast is classic.

We booked few hours prior to arrival. The host confirmed immediately and waited for us even though we arrived around 22:30h.

Easily one of the prettiest B&Bs I’ve ever stayed at! Lovely owner and room, and so great to have a communal kitchen available, especially as we were travelling with a baby. Perfect spot if you need access to the train station - just 3 mins on foot.

We stayed here during a couple of very hot days. The room was good with A/C, but the communal areas got very warm, so they were a bit uncomfortable to go through and have breakfast in

Clean and lovely room with a great bathroom, comfortable bed and fridge. Shared full kitchen was amazing plus there is a a lounge area to relax. Light Italian breakfast included. A short walk from the train station and to the city centre.

Sadly our night at this lovely establishment was spoiled by fellow guests speaking very loudly from well after midnight until around 3am. This is not the fault of the wonderful host but that of the selfish individuals. I have not marked the property down because of this but feel that the owner should be made aware of it.
