The garden is beautiful and the property is close to the beach. The breakfast is continental style buffet and decent.

We booked a room for four people at this location based on the good reviews, but we were disappointed to find that the furniture is outdated and the room felt old and dusty. Upstairs, although there were two separate beds, it was impossible to sleep because of the heat; the window couldn’t be opened, and the air conditioning didn’t reach that level. The location must have been beautiful in its time, but it now needs some investment and improvements.

Posizione super, a un attimo dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Mondello. Struttura accogliente e familiare. Personale gentile e disponibile. La stanza delle colazioni, una bomboniera.

Il fatto di non avere il bagno in camera è stato un pò limitante più che altro perché posizionato in una zona dove c'era passaggio.

Immersa nel verde, zona residenziale, zona signorile, quartiere tranquillo, vicinanza spiaggia e supermercati e zona popolata di sera, ma soprattutto le persone che ci hanno accolto.

Struttura molto accogliente, caratteristica e situata in una zona tranquilla e sicura. Camera pulita, dotata dei confort necessari, con spazio esterno privato. Esperienza molto piacevole

Il modo di fare hosting di Alessandro e Luca è invidiabile. Contesto ottimo, parcheggio gratuito e sorvegliato h24. Vicino al centro e alle attrazioni principali. I mici in giardino sono un plus!

Beautiful property, felt like you were at home as they provided you with everything you needed.

It is a nice house in a calm neighbourhood with enough space for your car. The room itself was decent, breakfast every morning was good and the communications and service were great.

The separate bathroom was not ideal and the furtniture in the room was quite old (also the airco didn’t work that well)
