"Great value for money, great location, fantastically clean"

Exceptionally clean room. lovely host greeted us on arrival, very friendly. Free wi-fi was a bonus. Free biscuits on the tea-/coffee tray, and also toiletries in the shower-room. Only a 10-15 min walk into town, great position! All in all, a very, very good option for a stay in Skegness, would definitely stay again!

My partner likes a bath rather than a shower, but that is a very small point

Based on previous feedback, my expectation was actually quite high. I have stayed in a LOT of hotels around the world, for work and for pleasure, so have a fair idea of what would be ideal for a certain kind of stay. And this was just the ticket. Nice location - ten minute wander to the sea-front (just enough to work off a little of the alcohol....) and close to restaurants and bars. Room was tidy, quiet and comfortable. Did not use many of the facilities (such as living room) as was only a short one-night business stay. Paul and Wendy both very welcoming and very chipper at breakfast! Speaking of breakfast - very nice. Obviously went for the usual guilty pleasure of the Full English, but there was also fruit, yogurts and other treats. Definitely go back should business take me that way again. Expectation = met!

The breakfast was fantastic and both owners were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a very peaceful part of town so had a peaceful sleep. Would recommend this hotel .
