Bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and clean. The laundry facility was available

With loadshedding, they need to have gas stove facilities available on the premises We were without electricity for 2 days due to a mini substation issue that needed to be replaced. Everything in the fridge went off due to this. The facilities have am inverter hut it only supplies lights, no plugs. Should cater for more chairs on premises. We were 10 people in total and not thay many seating available. The kitchen was not well maintained, cupboards not in nice condition. Crockery all damaged and limited numbers. Pans available but not in good condition. No pots at all. Kitchen cupboards was not

Accommodation was suitable for the night's stay.

Would have preferred a chair or a little couch in the room as well as more handrails for drying of towels considering the room accommodated for 3 people. The coffee was cheap. The crockery & cutlery are old, not appeasing to use.

Quiet atmosphere. Located in a good suburb.

TV wasn't working from the time I checked in till the time I checked out, there wasn't much I could do in my room besides look at the walls. The place is taken care of by a gentleman who is also expected to prepare breakfast for the guests, how does this work? Poor breakfast selection of eggs, bread and polony each day of your stay. There's a Jacuzzi with a big crack which meant it could not be used.

Iwe did not like anything, we could not even sleep there. How can they give us a room without the bathroom.we had to forfeit our money and had to be inconvenienced to look for another accommodation at the last hour. I was very disappointed 😞

The guy who receives us was unfriendly, you will talk to him without answering, i even told him about his hospitality.
