Place was not at all like photos on booking.com site Breakfast was NOT good at all. Will defenetly not suggest the place to anybody.

We didn't have breakfast, nothing was prepared when we had to leave they told us they have to start it from scratch. Very sad

We should have been asked what we would prefer for breakfast when we check in, for us to find it ready when we come to eat.

The location was close to our venue

There was loadshedding they do not even have a solar light so you can see if you come in at night. If they cannot afford a generator we can live with that but at least give your guests light to see they do not know we're to walk. If there are electricity the aircon is not really working.

Most definitely coming back the place is peaceful

No parking space, no cleaning services, very noisy from other tenants, poor communication

Nothing at all because I was not granted access into the yard after I had made a reservation and paid.

We kept calling their number while at the gate but there was no answer for both their contacts yet there was someone sitted outside and could clearly see us and I even flicked my lights at him but nothing. I tried calling the very same contacts the following day and there was no response but the phone was ringing for both of their contacts.

It stated that breakfast will be served between 7:00 and 9:00. At 8:00 there was no one in the kitchen. When the caretaker came in, Poloni and eggs were served. You need to upgrade breakfast or don't include it at all, if you don't have staff to properly serve breakfast.

Little to no communication. When we phoned the number, no one answered. We were locked in the house, if we wanted to leave early, that would have been a problem. He only opened the doors after 08:00.

The guy that works there Abdul atleast he was friendly and he keeps the place clean

Their service is poor they don't respond to calls or emails.We had to make own breakfast as there is one staff member they should hire because the guy who works there has to do all the work alone of which I feel is exploitation. The No Alcohol rule should be clear on rules before booking and they should specify if they prefer only Muslims because everywhere in that area they sell only Halaal. Their breakfast menu is nonsense
