Staff was extremely polite and provided awesome service. They upgraded my room free of cost on their own. The stay was completely worth it.

Rooms are beautifully decorated. The staff were the most helpful and caring. The rooftop restaurant has great views with delicious food.

We were there in January so it was quite cold, the room was fairly cold. But the staff took care of us and provided a heater.

The hotel is a very elegantly designed Haveli, with beautiful interiors and a fantastic view of the Jaisalmer fort from the terrace. The rooms were spotless and had very nice interiors. The breakfast served on the terrace is also very tasty, I can especially recommend the pancakes, they were delicious. The hotel is also walking distance to the fort and other attractions in the city centre, so the location is also another plus. The owners Mrityunjay and his brother Sahil were very hospitable and friendly and even allowed us to check out much later than the official check out time. All in all we had a wonderful time.

The desert safari organisation was a bit confusing but it was a fairly minor grievance.
