Lovely breakfast, decor and friendly service, comfy bed. Great location and easy to check in and out. Would stay there again.

Everything good breakfast freshly cooked when we got up , spotlessy clean room friendly couple very chatty,location excellent , shops a two minute walk and restaurants ,everything positive

Parking is difficult in Llandudno but we did find somewhere about 7 minutes walk away. Only one comfy chair in a room for 2.

Breakfast was lovely and the location was fantastic parked well and used the buses. Note if you have a English bus pass show it to the bus driver to get a Welsh day saver for £4 great value

Centrally located, close to the tram for the Great Orme. Family room was spacious and had all the facilities we needed. Great breakfast in the morning with locally sourced produce - sausage and bacon were excellent which set us up for the day ahead. Hosts Dawn and Jason were brilliant making us feel welcomed throughout our stay, thank you for having us!

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was superb 👌 Rooms were immaculate Check in and check out very smooth Free parking in the surrounding area Definitely be back, perfect birthday treat

Maybe just the water pressure in the upstairs room
