We booked this to go to the Hay festival, which is a twenty minute drive away. It was a bargain compared to Hay prices and the drive in was fine. Richard is a friendly and welcoming host. The rooms are good in lovely surroundings and cooked breakfast sets you up for the day. Our room was on the first floor with several other bedrooms. Downstairs there's a living room and kitchen area. It's a good place to book for groups who don't want a whole cottage but do want a communal space.

Nothing we didn't like but we did need a car to stay here.

Lovely stay, Richard was very accommodating and cooks a beautiful breakfast. A picturesque location with great views. Our room was immaculate. Couldn't ask for more.

Richard was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. The property had an area where we could socialise in comfort and very comfortable bedrooms. Would recommend to friends and families.

There was nothing that we disliked.
