The breakfast was lovely. The location was superb. Liz and Mark very friendly hosts. A selection of goodies in your room. I was made to feel very welcome.

What a fantastic find! Fabulous adults only boutique hotel on the sea front. We had a wonderful two night stay here and highly recommend it to anyone. From all the thoughtful little touches in your room to the wonderful breakfast we could not fault it. Liz and Mark were excellent hosts and gave us lots of tips on things to see and do in the area, along with suggestions for evening meals at local restaurants. Will definitely be staying again when we are in the area.

Mark and Liz were exceptional hosts, knew how to please guests and bent backwards to make the experience memorable in Llandudno.

We had such a wonderful weekend stay here and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The location is absolutely perfect—right by the shore, with beautiful views and that calming seaside atmosphere the whole time. The place itself was lovely, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. What really made the experience special, though, were the hosts. They were genuinely some of the loveliest people we’ve ever met—so warm, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout our stay.

Loved everything here, had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable with stunning views. Liz and Mark made us feel welcome. We will return here again soon

Pretty much everything was brilliant from start to finish. Greeted at the door, easy check in, lots of information given about what was happening over the weekend, breakfast cooked to perfection, there were lots of little personal touches in the room like binoculars to look out to sea and complmentary drinks and Liz and Mark were fantastic Hosts.

There was only one thing that I had a slight issue with and that was our mattress, although comfortable, it seemed to slope off to the sides which made it feel as though you were going to fall out but that is just a small thing.

Exceptional outstanding curtious very clean breakfast to die for mark and Liz were very helpful rooms were very clean deffo go back .
