"Comfortable B & B on edge of town only 5 minutes walk from the town centre"

Room was comfortable, bed was supportive and the bed linen had a quality feel. Bathroom was lacking a plug for some reason, hot water was always available day and night and the towels were soft and fluffy. Breakfast offering was plentiful in options and the service was polite and quick. On site free parking and only a five minute stroll to the town quay..

Wash basin had no plug

"Lovely B&B in ideal location"

We came by train and B&B was not far from the station. Shops and harbour is close by with plenty of eateries to choose from. Jo the host is really welcoming and very informative. The room was spotlessly clean. Lovely comfy bed and had a great nights sleep. Nice power shower with added toiletries. We had a delicious cooked breakfast also cereals fruit juice etc. Have stayed here before and highly recommend.

Couldn't find anything we didnt like.

The location was very close to the town which was ideal. The hosts were brilliant and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing, great choices available. Rooms were very clean and tidy, well equipped. Would recommend a stay here.

The only reason I have given a 9 was the beds were very hard, so found it difficult to get comfortable, perhaps a bed topper would help and maybe the duvet needs updating. But it’s a small thing. Parking was ok for us, but I’m sure there were guests who couldn’t park and had to park elsewhere. Again, small things.

Jo and staff very friendly. great location- easy walk into Lymington. tasty breakfast. And sweet dog, Charlie, who was very nice to my dog.

Joe was a great host! Super friendly, informative of local things to do/restaurants and breakfast every morning was perfect. Would recommend to anyone looking to explore Lymington and stay close to New Forest.

Great location close to train station. Comfortable room and bed, lovely shower and local toiletries. Great breakfast including cafetière of coffee each morning, and friendly personal service
