"Comfortable stay in a great city"

The room is comfortable and the welcome is warm, as described by other guests. The property is also centrally located - just a short walk from everything! L'Aquila is a beautiful city with many wonderful sights - we would very happily stay here again

The property is very difficult to find and located in a district currently surrounded by building works from the 2009 earthquake. This made our arrival quite stressful. The video Mary sent the day before was helpful but we were unwise enough to be coming from the train station (don't try to walk it as we did as it is very steep uphill and complicated) ... knowing more would have prepared us better. The shower was only just warm on the second day and - as commented on by another guest - the space echoes, so you are at times very aware of the noise made by other guests.

Il posto è davvero accogliente e curato, perfetto per godersi un momento speciale. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è il proprietario: gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre attento a far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. Atmosfera super piacevole e servizio impeccabile. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerò sicuramente!

Struttura accogliente e curata nei dettagli, situata in posizione strategica a due passi dal centro. Camera pulitissima, letto molto comodo e colazione abbondante e gustosa. Marco è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, sicuramente un soggiorno da ripetere!
