L'accoglienza squisita e la disponibilità alle richieste degli ospiti è andata senz'altro oltre le aspettative! La struttura, centralissima, è veramente affascinante!

B&B in pieno centro. Affascinante dimora storica sapientemente ristrutturata pre e post terremoto. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Pulizia eccellente. Letti comodi. Colazione ottima da gustare sia nella sala interna sia nel grazioso giardino. I gestori/proprietari i sono squisiti e prodighi di consigli storico culturali e gastronomici. Sicuramente in un futuro viaggio a L'Aquila torneremo.

Perhaps the most memorable reason for our enjoyment of this guest house was the hosts themselves. Dimora and Julio welcomed us into their well-appointed home with open arms, genuine warmth and attentiveness to our every need or question. They happily advised and educated us on the sights and their significance, as well as the great restaurants and shopping opportunities in the city. When we had difficulty finding the hotel due to road closures, Julio found us and guided us through the labyrinth of streets leading to our destination.

The "short" way to the magnificent town square was up a cobblestone passageway that rose at a 40-degree angle. It was a free fitness program that did you the favour of making you spend your calories before eating them. Clearly, one of the reasons the citizens of the town are so fit.

Ohne dass uns der Gastgeber durch L‘Aquila mit seinem Auto gelotst hat, hätten wir nie geschafft bis dorthin zu kommen ohne massiven Verstößen der Verkehrsregeln. Im Parkplatz (im Haushof) zu kommen braucht man viel Geduld und fahrerisches Können.

Soggiornare a Dimora Fortebraccio e’ come stare in un hotel a 5 stelle!!! L’accoglienza dei padroni di casa ci ha conquistati da subito con la loro gentilezza e disponibilità a fornire informazioni e non solo… i racconti sul Mammut, sugli artisti locali e sulle bellezze artistiche locali rendono il soggiorno davvero interessante! La Dimora si trova a pochi passi dal Duomo e dal centro della citta’. Le stanze sono ampie e arredate con impeccabile buon gusto, con soffitti affrescati e degli scorci sui vicoli meravigliosi. C’e’ anche una sala relax comune e la colazione durante la bella stagione e’ servita su una splendita terrazza. La colazione e’ ottima con scelta sia dolce che salata. Ho apprezzato tantissimo la scelta dei salumi e formaggi locali!

Niente tutto perfetto

Struttura molto bella in posizione strategica con delizioso terrazzo dove poter fare colazione. I padroni di casa molto gentili e disponibili nel soddisfare ogni esigenza. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Staff, parking, breakfast, breakfast and public areas, bathroom, bed comfort, room size, ambiance and decor all exceeded high expectations. And ready access to a world class restaurant a 5 minute walk from the hotel was a n added bonus.
