Very welcoming family home. Charming. Wonderful shared balcony- I spent hours working from there with my laptop.

The bathroom is not actually in the room (despite being private, I had to get out of the room to access it). The room is an attic with a skylight rather than a window.

"Great hosts, room and location!"

The hosts at this BnB are very welcoming and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable about things to do in the area and provided us with suggestions. We have stayed here twice now, both times we were travelling by bike and the hosts were able to accommodate storing our bikes during our stay. This BnB has a beautiful patio that overlooks L’Aquila and the surrounding mountains. Lots of homemade options for breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean. Thanks Igor and Lucia!

We had no issues with our stay, however worth noting that this BnB is stair access only.

I did not realize the number of steps/stairs to get to the location. The taxi couldn’t get me to the door. Steps to the reception area and more steps to the bedroom. It limited my interest in getting out.
