Riad See Moon And Spa

The room was big enough for a family of 4. Everyday the breakfast was superb. The staff was super friendly and the location was a walking distance to Jeema al fnna.

Ontvangst was super hartelijk, heel fijne staff. Ontbijt lekker en gevarieerd en de kamer heel netjes en comfortabel. Goede wifi, goede bedden en heel fijne badkamer.

Prima Riad, makkelijk bereikbaar, ik had een gehuurde auto die op 1 min lopen in een parking kon. Leuke kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Alles heel netjes. We hadden ook een 2 uur durende hamam met massage voor €60,- pp, in hun mooie hamam.

Beau riad ,très bien situé . Accueil excellent , de bons conseils . Petit-déjeuner sur le roof-top très agręable .

Location was great, easy to get to all main attractions. Room was good size and clean. Hassan was always friendly and smiling and told us a lot about the Morrocan people and culture. Given map on arrival. We opted for the taxi which took the stress out of trying to find the Riad and that was good. The fresh orange juice at breakfast was delicious. The massage was quiet and relaxing.

No view at all and no pool. No tea/coffee facilities in room and when requested cups, boiling water in a flask and a little milk, 10 euros was added to our bill. We were also told not to break the cups! Not once were we offered mint tea or any other drink when we came back from a day out and we stayed 7 nights. Only 1 bottle of water supplied on arrival and then told we had to buy our own. The food in the Riad was very average, more bone than meat, one dish burnt and very expensive for what it was, you're better to eat out at nearby restaurants. Breakfast was basic and same everyday, no fresh fruit and coffee really bad. Definitely not 4 star Riad, think they are rated highly because the higher the rating the higher the tourist tax. Also they only accept cash, we were told we could settle the whole bill at the end of our stay but then asked after our massage to pay so had to go out to a cash machine to draw cash, not very relaxing. Owner barely spoke to us and found him quite unfriendly.

La struttura è un piccolo paradiso, curato e silenzioso, posizionato a pochi passi dai punti principali della Medina. La differenza la fanno i dettagli ed in questo caso un grande merito va ai ragazzi della reception sempre gentili, disponibili, sorridenti e pronti a darci un aiuto, scambiare due parole e rendere il nostro soggiorno rigenerante.

Niente mi è piaciuto tutto.
