Riad dar El Arsa Rooftop & jacuzzi

Staff was very kind and helpful. It was the only pleasant think with the terrace and the breakfast

Location was the worst part. We felt in danger the whole time walking to the center and back and last night they tried to rob us pulling a knife on us. Ground floor room was veeeery humid too we had to change, it smelled.

Very lovely staff and a beautiful breakfast! Mehdi is so so kind and gave us many recommendations for where to eat and what activities to do around Medina!

The area at night doesn’t feel quite safe but otherwise it’s in a quiet area that is a close work to the main market / souks.

- Medhi was really nice and always trying his best to support us or responding to our questions. - Overall the rooms were clean. - First night we have been given the room on the groundfloor which did not have any light and was more noisy than the others. Hovewer, we have been given another room for the following days.

- The jacuzzi was not working. - Breakfast was okay but it was different everyday depending on the availability. For instance, first morning we had a fresh orange juice, the day after no juice, then fresh and for the last day bottle juice. - The neighborhood can be a bit suprising at first but within 15mn you can easily get to more touristy areas. - The rooms are very noisy

Logement propre et accueillant. Très bon contact. Petit déjeuné à l’heure qu’on souhaite. Copieux et délicieux ! Je recommande.

La struttura è pulita, le camere sono spaziose. Mehdi è stato gentilissimo, ci ha aiutate a programmare il nostro itinerario e ci ha dato ottimi consigli sulla città.

Super obsługa, czułyśmy się bardzo zaopiekowane i nie było żadnego problemu. Pan przemiły i bardzo kontaktowy. A śniadanie bardzo obfite i przepyszne. Przyjechałyśmy bardzo późno a i tak nie było żadnego problemu żeby pan przygotował jacuzzi. Pokój czysty i przyjemny.

Jedynie co może trochę przeszkadzać to okolica, ponieważ Riad jest zlokalizowany w mniej turystycznej okolicy ale pomimo tego jest blisko do centrum.
