The host “Greg” was most helpful with guidance on things to do even made reservations at Victoria’s restaurant for us. The breakfast was perfect. Great place to rest with beautiful garden

This was a charming stay. We loved the house and our room … very pretty and spacious enough with good natural light. Breakfast was very tasty and the owner was quite friendly. He shared many tips of things to see in the area during our short stay and following his tips helped give us a fondness for this town and area of Scotland. We hope to stay there again sometime soon.

Excellent stay. Friendly owners. Very clean. Room comfortable and quiet. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Car parking at the property a real bonus. Close location to walk into Pitlochry. Choice of different restaurants, pubs, hotels and coffee shops in a few minutes walk from property. Visits to the dam and visitor centre, local walks along the river. Further afield House of Bruar, Bruar waterfall, Blair Athol, Killiecrankie, lots more. Definitely recommend

Lovely hosts, that greeted us very well on check-in and had lots of recommendations on where to go and what to see. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning set us up for the day. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Pitlochry!

Lovely place to stay. The lounge room is beautiful and cosy. The decor of the whole house is stunning and the bed extremely comfortable. I'd book here again and highly recommend

Beautiful property in the middle of Pitlochry with excellent service and a delicious breakfast.

Wow! Picturesque house, nestled on a hill with a beautiful walk through garden to get to a charming town just 2 minutes away! The room was small, but lovely; however, did not like that there was two beds in an already small room, and a note on the smaller one not to disrupt or a fee of 50 pounds would incur. All in all enjoyed our stay and the perks given by a restaurant, in town, and a jewelry shop; just for staying here.

Craigroyston is a lovely property located off the High Street but within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants located along it. Convenient private parking. Beautiful quiet garden where you can enjoy relaxing at the end of the day. Comfortable room--and very clean. Greg, our host, was charming and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Very good hot breakfast.

This place is gorgeous! Greg and Sue are wonderful. The breakfast is delicious. The property has easy access to the main drive in town. We could not have asked for anything more. Highly recommend Craigroyston House for your stay in Pitlochry!
