Property is just about on the beach so perfect for who wants to chill and walk on the beach without driving etc. Really nice homemade breakfast and Francesco is a great host, happy to help with whatever you need

Only thing is the bathroom a bit small and dated shower, but sea view and location make up for that

Great location and easy to find parking.

Great beach location

I can’t say enough great things about this place! I highly recommend it. Chico and Lola, the lovely hosts of this property, are extremely hospitable people. They’re always there when you need them, but understand when you might prefer some privacy. They are easily the friendliest and most caring b&b hosts I’ve ever encountered. The property is located directly on the beach, and towels and chairs can be provided. When we went in late May, the beach wasn’t overly crowded or touristic. The rooms are nothing fancy, but are very well kept (daily cleaning service) and have beautiful views of the sea! For 10 euros per person, the breakfast is also an absolute steal. Fresh bread prepared by Lola, sandwiches, meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries, all with a beautiful sea view. The one thing I’d say though is you definitely need a car to access the property easily and explore the area, or go out to any restaurants in the city of Agrigento. Parking is provided if you have a car. Again, I highly recommend staying here!

Nothing, it was a perfect stay!

Set right on the beach and very close to restaurants. Comfortable room with ocean view. Great breakfast that set the day up. Parking was on site and convenient. Could sit and watch the ocean all day long.

Exceptional experience, staff went beyond to make us feel welcome, the location was perfect and the room was clean and spacious. It was intimate with not too many tourists.

Situated at the sea- seaview from the bed & windoow. Lovely couple made us felt so welcomed. Clean room - beach is in front the house. Lovely restaurants nearby & scala dei turchi 5 min.

A really nice little place close to the most magnificent part of Le scale torchi. The friendly hosts made a great effort in preparing breakfast and recommending restaurants. Thanks a lot.

The property felt like being guest at someone’s home. The wonderful couple that runs it were so warm and welcoming making sure we were happy about everything. While enjoying the evening on the patio we were invited in to the kitchen to watch the next days breakfast bread being baked while chatting. The breakfast did not lack anything, it was delicious and served in the breakfast room with a view of the ocean.

We had a bit of a challenge finding the entrance gate but I would not qualify it as did not like. The moment we called they came right out to meet us.
