Hotel Dilshoda

This property is conveniently located beside the Amir Temur Mausoleum and just a 15-minute walk from Registan Square. The room was spacious, comfortably accommodating three beds. Housekeeping was attentive, with fresh bedsheets and towels provided daily. The building spans three floors, accessible only by stairs. A charming ground-floor podium features apple and grape trees, adding a touch of greenery. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

To start with, the property is situated on a narrow, congested street and feels quite cramped. The building itself is noticeably old, which raises concerns about whether the pricing is justified. At check-in, the receptionist attempted to charge extra citing taxes, but backed down after the booking confirmation was shown. Breakfast was underwhelming, offering very limited choices. The bathroom, especially the shower area, felt uncomfortably small. The lack of natural light due to windowless rooms made the stay feel rather gloomy. Overall, I’d recommend exploring better options or sticking with branded hotels.

Le camere sono un po’ vecchiotte. Se si vuole il caffè dalla macchinetta si paga in più.

A gorgeous hotel with wonderful, kind staff. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast is great and the location very convenient.

Отличный отель с очень радушной хозяйкой! В отеле очень много иностранцев (французы, немцы, американцы и пр) Местоположение прекрасное, лучше не придумаешь. До мавзолея Гур Эмир 2 мин пешком, до площади Регистан - 15 минут пешком. Приехали рано утром (ночной рейс), нас бесплатно накормили завтраком, напоили кофе (за небольшую плату есть очень вкусный вареный кофе), и уже в 11:00 нам предоставили номер с прекрасной большой и очень удобной кроватью, на которой мы уснули без задних ног)) Шведский стол хороший, не скажу, что очень разнообразный, но всегда можно было найти овощи, фрукты, вареные яйца, и очень вкусные оладьи из кабачков.

Отель находится в здании старых махаллей, поэтому окно в комнате было небольшое, во внутренний двор (света и свежего воздуха было мало), но это единственный минус этого прекрасного места. Когда целый день гуляешь, то главное - это теплый душ и удобная, широкая кровать. А это было на пятерку!

I liked absolutely everything about the hotel. The hosts are extremely nice, very caring and helpful. They treat you like a family member. I really emjoyed staying there and I highly recommend the hotel. Located very close to historical sites, clean, comfortable and very beautiful!
