Szép, kertvárosi környezet, mégis közel az óvároshoz és a természeti látnivalókhoz.

A közös hátsó udvarban levő szobákba minden zaj behallatszott: pl. kora reggel a szemben lévő szoba szállóvendég gyerekek játékmotorozása. A fürdőszobában a WC csésze nem jól szigetelt, folyamatosan szivárgott belőle a büdös víz.
