Non mi è piaciuto che fatta la prenotazione su Booking ho scritto direttamente dall’app alla struttura chiedendo info per il check in e non ho ricevuto risposta, dopo un paio d’ore ho scritto da wattsapp e anche lì nessuna risposta, poi ho chiamato e a quel punto mi hanno risposto e fornito tutte le info, chiare e precise per il check-in dopodiché è andato tutto bene!!
