"confortable but have to contact the owner before to arrange the check in"

overall the stay was nice for one day,

but the check in is really bad… nobody was there I had to go to the neighbours to ask them to call the guy! even though they are very nice, it’s a pity that an hotel like this with airport customers coming in and out any time during the day don’t have a 24h/24h reception! the TV also didn’t work

The hotel has advertised for paid airport shuttle service which they do not… they do not provide transport from airport to hotel and say they provide transportation back to airport however they just call you a taxi and make you pay for it… they say they haven’t advertised this however it’s within the prescription (photo attached)

Lovely room and very nice staff. Slept really well the beds were super comfy!

The taxi to the airport cost quite a bit and we had booked this hotel thinking it was much closer.
