Taylor Creek Lodge

I loved the cozy feel. It was like being on my dream homestead. The wood stove was hot before we got up and the property was beautiful. We enjoyed the opportunity to relax in a hot tub in a beautiful outdoor setting. Finding everyone clustered in the kitchen chatting over coffee in the morning felt like home. I enjoyed meeting the farm cat and dogs while strolling around exploring in the misty morning.

It was wonderfully clean but used heavily scented cleaning products which I am sensitive to.

The hosts are truly amazing people.. The sauna, hottubs , gym are all added bonuses The owners have put their heart and soul into this place and the result is a magical experience for all who pass through this wonderful lodge . Such an inspiring creation. We will definitely be going back

Wir hatten eine Art Wohnung, sehr außergewöhnlich eingerichtet, mit riesen Badewanne, richtigem Wohnraum, Schlafzimmer. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren konnten wir das alles gar nicht nutzen was es zu bieten gab. Frühstück wunderbar. Danke

Smores around the campfire, fireplace in our room, horses, dogs, and cats on the property, comfy bed, sauna, flowers, cute treehouse down a short trail, room was clean and inviting.

Wildfire nearby made air quality somewhat unhealthy.

Cute venue with lots to do and room was Gorgeous!!! Staff fantastic and breakfast wonderful!!!

Property has a ton of amenities that feel more personal and not so sterile like chain hotels. The room was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the jetted tub in my room. The owner even booked me a private massage with a massage therapist.The community kitchen was a big bonus as it saved me on eating out so much. The property is beautiful, surrounded by trees. I really loved all the cats, horses, and the two pups. It reminded me of home. Although I didn't bring small children, this place is excellent for them. They have outdoor play equipment, indoor games,.etc. Main house (community area) was very nicely furnished and clean. Our room was right off the rec.room and kitchen area, making it seem like we had a ton more space. We used the laundry facilities and the small, but nicely equipped gym. They even provide smores items and light a camp.fire every night. Place was really laid back and fun.

Although you can tell the owners are big on thinking of the details, a night stand in the bedroom as well as a dedicated tissue box in the room would have been great. I also want able to locate a pair of tongs in the well equipped kitchen.
