Lovely property. Owner very welcoming. Excellent breakfast and facilities. Close enough to be able to walk to the beach for an evening stroll.

The property was amazing. We had the garden view, Wallis suite. Clean, modern and great quiet location. 5 mins walk to Old Hunstanton lovely sandy beach and 20 mins into Hunstanton. We opted for continental breakfast too in our suite. Plenty to set us up for the day. The garden was great too. Early morning deer and a stag wandered past in the field out the back. The room was topped up with refreshments and table re-laid for breakfast the next day. Clean towels etc too and general service. private parking space off the road. Friendly hosts who checked to see if there was anything needed. We couldn’t have asked for anything better for a three night last minute break.

"Relaxing stay at the coast"

Had a lovely relaxing stay. Perfect location to go and explore and great places to eat/drink nearby. Vicky & Graham are great hosts and very friendly. Breakfast every morning was delicious.
