It took them ages to get to the door. I checked out in the morning, got a call from the owner about 9:30 am, replied that I was at work and couldn't talk, then got a text message asking if I'd seen her husband's laptop; she wanted to know before she went and checked the CCTV camera. I find it difficult to comprehend how a business could treat a paying customer in such an appalling manner. That's actually calling your customer a thief.

Building poorly maintained, needs looking after more. Entrance needs to be made more pleasant, could be quite intimidating for some people.
