It was a wonderful experience! The staff was so friendly, the hotel was beautiful, everything we needed was in the room, the breakfasts were fantastic, and the location was perfect. The owner gave us a gift when we checked out, which was a very pleasant surprise.

Personal muy atento y amables. El alojamiento estaba limpio, las camas cómodas. El desayuno a mi parecer fue un poco escaso, de resto nos gustó todo. Nos llevaron las maletas hasta el aparcamiento.

Beautiful small hotel in old town Sanlurfa. Gorgeous rooms, lovely courtyard, absolutely beautiful and hospitable owners, delicious breakfast. My favourite small hotel in all of turkey. Will always stay here and highly recommend Hayatli to all travellers.

"Conserviamo il brutto ricordo di una notte passata molto male."

L'edificio storico è carino.

Ambiente rumoroso. La presenza di locali molto vicini che diffondono canti e musica a tutto volume fino alla 11:00 di sera ma anche oltre rende inpossibile il riposo presso questa struttura a meno di essere nottambuli e appassionati della musica turca. All'atto della prenotazione, avevamo richiesto una camera silenziosa. Ci è invece stata assegnata una camera che si affacciava a pochi metri da un vicino locale che diffondeva musica assordante. A detta del Manager, il cambio di camera sarebbe stato possibile solo il giorno dopo. Dopo una notte quasi insonne, abbiamo cambiato hotel. Il manager non ci ha riconosciuto alcun risarcimento per quanto pagato in anticipo.
