I had a bed to sleep, first impression: cosy feeling and decorations - please read on

- bed was way too soft and was very uncomfortable to sleep - there was an AC, but the owner does not want you to have the remote (didn’t let us know, it was too hot to fall asleep, looking at an AC we cannot use) - bathroom flooded after taking a shower because the doors to the shower were not tight. There were extra rugs and a mop which made sense after the first shower: owner acted surprised when informed about the issue as if he didn’t know about it (no way he didn’t know) - we missed to inform the staff about our arrival 30 mins upfront (our mistake); but when arriving only 1 person tried to act professionaly, while we heard the rest of staff talking about us in a bad way and if it’s not their problem we’re now here - fridge in the room (nice) super loud (nay) directly next to the bed. Woke us up a few times. And there was the sound of running water in the night - we are a couple (wife Hungarian, husband German): while I (wife) did go through check in procedure with the owner he was badmouthing the Germans while handling my husband’s documents - there was supposed to be private parking - we were directed to a public parking space near to the hotel. Came home one night struggling to find a spot - no guaranteed spot at all

Nice big, clean apartment. Nice service.

Centrally located to the downtown. Minutes from a full size grocery market, pharmacy, bakery, the famous old fort, etc. A full-size kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machines, pots and pans and all very clean and new. Beds and pillows were super-soft and comfortable. Refrigerator in room.

Newly refurbished house in city centre, private parking possible for few cars

Only air con heating…
