Neat and comfortable, attention to detail

We loved the stay over at Kwela Bed & Breakfast. Our room was very neat and well equity with the necessary. The host treated us with so much respect. She was very professional and friendly, she also spoiled us with an excellent breakfast. This is an excellent option to stay over traveling through Alliwal North🤗

The lack of adequate vegetarian options for breakfast was disappointing

Nothing.

The linen were stained and did not smell fresh. The shower smelled so badly of drain that we couldn't shower at the risk of vomiting. The loose mats are dirty and shabby and absolutely nothing goes together. Its like no care was taken when decorating. Cheap, dirty and rundown. We were also told the moment we booked in that breakfast is not included for us because we booked through booking.com Not a problem as I can't even remember if it was advertised that way and wasn't planning on having breakfast there in any case. Just the way that it was communicated to us, wasn't nice. Won't ever stay there again.

The location is great. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The hosts were friendly.

The air conditioner didn't work well. I did not get cooler even though the temperature was reduced to the bottom 16 degrees.
