The place is near the big temple and palace museum but in a quiet street. I had a nice and very clean and comfortable room. Everything was just perfect. The breakfast was delicious! PThe staff were very kind and helpful. I was recommended a nice place to eat. They helped me with a taxi for a tour I wanted. Highly recommended.

• Premium cost for a sub par stay. Just a below average room. • Cheap and low quality guest amenities and toiletries • No customer service after check-in • Wasn't clean overall, especially bathroom • Stains on mattress • No hand towels or face towels • Refrigerator wasn't working or never worked • No slippers • No additional pillows • No lift

"Hotel confortable et parfait pour 3 nuits à Trivandrum"

Cet hôtel est très fonctionnel et propre. Les chambres sont très bien conçues. Spacieuses, avec 2 supports bagages, de nombreuses prises de courant. Salle de bain un peu petite mais fonctionnelle. Le titre de déjeuner anglais est copieux. L'accueil de la direction et du personnel est chaleureux et efficace.

"Descent property near to places of importance and comfortable place for families to stay."

Breakfast was good. House keeping staff were helpful. Manager too was very helpful. Near to the temple, airport.

Bathroom was bit crampy, but manageable.
