A Cozy Room with It's Own Privacy

Small kitchen in and in conjunction with walk in wardrobe.That being said i would stay again, as we only ate there in mornings.

To me off street parking was essential, but told on day of arrival, that roadside parking was only available, on a very narrow road and just off a bend in road.

Location was handy to where we we visiting

Needs a sink for dishes and recycling bins for rubbish and recycling

WE were required to provide our own breakfast, fortunately a previous guest had mentioned to take one's own cereal and toast bread. Tea - one option only , Coffee- a commercial flavour but not a genuine instant nor plunger coffee facility. No microwave nor food heating option except for the electric kettle and the toaster. An adequate fridge with 500ml of milk.

A security light directly outside the bedroom window which flashed on and off through the night and despite closing the curtains carefully, the light still shone through and even reflected onto a mirror - it took a couple of nights to adjust. No ironing facilities - I needed to take some clothing to a friend's place for smoothing out One usually expects a hair dryer but this omission was manageable; there needs to be hook in the bathroom to hang clothes on while in the shower; no off-street parking and despite it being a quiet street it was also narrowed by most houses having roadside parking.

Nice and clean room plus the location was nice and quiet

I loved that there was plenty of space in the rooms. Waking up to native bird song was a treat. I was grateful for the instructions on how to run the TV system. I liked that it was situated in a quiet suburban street.

A mention before hand to take my own hair dryer would have been good. The security lights at the front door would come on by themselves during the night and shine into the room which was a bit concerning as I was on my own.

We couldn't get the lovely new TV to work! We're not the first people to mention this so perhaps some instructions somewhere - or did we miss them?
