L'ambiente rustico pulito e accogliente. La titolare Jessica è dotata di un carattere cordiale. Direi tutto nelle migliori aspettative.

Very good communication, warm welcome. Possibility of late check-in and early breakfast. Good location, close to the airport. Thank you for the opportunity to wash my car.

Excellent option

The facilities were lovely and the proprietor was a nice guy, and it was convenient access to Assisi.

There was a lot of false advertising associated with this stay. The internet was weak, and didn't work well (or at all, depending on your device) in the room. We bought dinner makings at the store and when we started to prepare them, were told we weren't supposed to cook in the kitchen (which was not "well-stocked", pots/implements-wise). There was no access to a barbecue and there was most certainly no wine or champagne in the room, ALL of which were mentioned in the property listing. (There was a small fridge in the kitchen we could put things in. ) The property is on a very busy, loud highway, and the first night we couldn't get our air conditioner to work at all, so had to choose between suffocating and no sleep (w/ open windows). The second night the proprietor informed that you had to push the "sweep" button on the remote to make the AC work (I certainly had pushed every OTHER button), and one can only wonder WTH HE DIDN'T TELL US THAT WHEN WE CHECKED IN??!! At least the 2nd night we were able to sleep.
