"Great for a short stay, very welcoming and comfortable"

Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was great, owners were nice and friendly and pool was an added bonus.

Little bit out of town on the edge of housing estate, not much else around

It was okay

Not worth the money. We told them on day one we weren’t staying for 3 nights. No mention of a charge to use the EV charger. When we checked out we were charged £20 for not staying for 3 nights! (Saying this charge was from booking.com) We won’t stay again and won’t recommend it. Overpriced for room and location

"Fantastic stay at a family run business"

Lovely breakfast, flexible staff, accommodating the guests wishes and always offering a solution. Nice location almost on top of the hill, only a 15 to 20 minute walk from the town centre.

Location ideal for us. Breakfast excellent. Owner and staff friendly and obliging. Stunning views over Whitehaven.

No towel rail in en-suite. No shower mat (was provided on request)
