Excellent breakfast and excellent staff at breakfast

The member of staff that checked us in was far below the standards I expect. His shirt was unbuttoned to his midriff and it was a very cold welcome. What I found really disappointing is that I explained I needed to charge my car so I could take my daughter to her swimming meet early in the morning but he would not assist me in finding out who owned the two non electric cars in the charging bays. He said he was too busy; therefore I was unable to charge my car. I found him extremely rude and far below the standards that we received last year and also this year at breakfast.

Very nice room, very friendly and positive staff, first rate breakfast. Overall a very well run place. We ate there in the evening as well and were very pleased we did
