Ellie is a wonderful host! Kind and patient. She does her best to accommodate the needs of those who stay at Ellies House. Very helpful. Thank you for the tips on snorkeling, bicycle renting and laundry facilities for our family! Not only did Ellie inform us about xiaoliuqiu, we also found out there was another mannenken pis statue outside Brussels, on the mainland of Taiwan.

Wonderful Stay, Thanks to Ellie! My stay at this place was incredible, thanks to Ellie! She was such a sweet and assisting person, always ready to help and made our experience truly amazing. The room itself was spotless, and the cleanliness really stood out. The location couldn’t be more convenient – close to everything we needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Thank you for your hospitality! The house is perfectly located near the harbour and vase rock. The host is so nice and helped us/ answered all of our questions! (She helped us rent an electric bike and gave us many advices to organise our trip in Xiao Liuqiu). The breakfast was also very good and turtle themed. We also got gifted 4 printed photos. (THANKYOU!) All in all, we enjoyed our stay and recommend everyone to book this house ☺️☺️

Best stay. Amazing!!! Ellie is fabulous. So generous with her time and her help. I would stay here again and again. She helped us organise a scooter and our snorkel tour. I can't praise this place enough. Just brilliant. The little touches that make it so sweet.

Such an enjoyable stay! Everything was organised to the perfection, very smooth and easy. The host gave us plenty of good recommandations, organised and booked tours and scooters. Always available when we had questions or needed something. Delicious healthy home prepared breakfast, anything we might need was available at the property.

Extremely clean, spacious and central accomodation. Super comfy bed. The place itself is already a 10/10, but what makes it truly special is the host, Ellie. She made us feel at home from the very beginning and provided us with tons of information about the island and anything you might need during your stay. This has been by far the best accomodation we've had in Taiwan. Thank you, Ellie <3

What more can I add to what all other reviewers say... this charming B&B and its charming owner made a huge difference to my 2 day stay on the island. Ellie House is like a fairytale lodge, and makes you smile from the moment you wake up in the morning to the turtle buns for breakfast! The rooms are bright, spotlessly clean and contain all the little comforts you need. Beds are large and very comfortable, and there is a fan as well as airconditioning, should you need it. There is a common fridge and take-away containers that guests can borrow. There is a common bathroom that guests can use to freshen up even after they have checked out. The owner works tirelessly to tailor the experience to your needs, and ensures you are fully aware of all that the island has to offer, helping you to book what you need and guiding you with deep details (photos, instructions, recommendations) every step of the way. As it was the last leg of my hectic 3 week vacation, my strength and enthusiasm were waning, and if it were not for her I would have missed out so much. Thanks to her, Liuqiu was the best segment of my entire Taiwan trip. She also spent a lot of effort to make me feel welcome and at home, considering I was on my own. I am so thankful that I chose this accomodation and decided at the last minute to extend my stay to 2 nights. I would have loved to stay much longer!

Guests are asked to bring their own towels, which means heavier luggage and carrying a wet towel home. But I understand that she offers an alternative solution for those that might need it.
