Bon emplacement et accueil

Clean, hospitable and friendly hosts. The breakfast alone it’s worth the price, add a genuine chat with both father and son and you’ll get the full Italian experience in a picturesque town.

Location was good, near the medieval centre. Standard suite was quite big.

When we checked in, they tried to upsell us by asking us to cancel our booking.com reservation and do it directly with them, for a bigger suite at the same price (while such late cancellation would have led to being charged for the reservation anyway). Then, when we checked out, they tried to charge us nearly 200€ extra for the bigger room that we didn't change to. But we could show them the amount quoted in our booking.com reservation that we hadn't cancelled so eventually we paid the correct amount. Also, the bed was very hard, the shower was alternately boiling and freezing and leaked, meanwhile the shower door didn't stay closed so was also hitting you on the behind repeatedly. The kitchen didn't have a chopping board or any oil (which no one wants to buy a whole bottle of oil to leave behind). The room is also very dark as there is only one small window at one end of it through which very little light comes. The combination of a bible on the table and a massive nude painting on the wall was confusing.

Locatie in het centrum en een uitstekend ontbijt. Gezellig stadje met veel restaurants en een goede kapper.

Ik had een parkeerprobleem, maar dat lag aan mijzelf. Hopelijk komt er geen parkeerboete achteraan.

Personale accogliente, disponibile e gentile . Ottima posizione. Camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Colazione top! Ottimo anche il ristorante annesso.
