La villa chiaramente datata ma accogliente. Noi eravamo in una dependance, per dei signori di una certa età un po faticosa da raggiungere dalla villa. Abbiamo ricevuto delle info importanti,colazione buona .

Diciamo che nella dependance ci sarebbero dei lavori da fare ,water con seduta da manutentare, Cucina tutta da rivedere perché vecchia e odora di muffa,frigo da scongelare,televisore troppo piccolo e con decoder, il viale ed i terrazzamenti sono da manutentare troppi rovi,come il campo da tennis che lateralmente è strapieno..

Besonders das schöne Haus mit echter Wohlfühlatmosphäre und den freundlichen hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Es blieben keine Wünsche unsererseits offen. So eine familiäre Freundlichkeit ist bestimmt schwer zu finden. Können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder.

"Magnificent villa and warm people"

Beautiful villa 10 min drive from a nice beach. We stayed for 2 nights and liked everything. Rooms are quiet basic but there are all necessary things and in the kitchen the one may use kettle and fridge.

"Schöne Oase mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang"

Wunderschöne Unterkunft und Anlage! Die Lage ist super - man ist sehr schnell in San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello und an schönen Buchten. Das Zimmer ist gross, das Bett und die Kissen bequem und in der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig. Man hat seine Privatsspähre im Zimmer und sieht die Sonne über dem Meer untergehen. Super Geruch von allen Pflanzen. Giovanni kann einem sehr gute Tipps für die gesamte Umgebung geben und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super. Kann alles sehr empfehlen!

"Charming sicillian Villa with sea and mountain view"

We were there mid-june for 3 days and could have stay for much longer. Giovanni and his father are very friendly and easy people. The location is just perfect not so far from Nature park and some beautiful beaches. The house is exactly like the description and it doesn’t disappoint. It is very quiet and is well mantained.
