"Beautiful property with stunning sea views"

The location is in a gated estate - well secured.Exceptionally beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating ,especially Lesson.

- The breakfast (small portions) - The room fridge (too noisy) - The Vip lounge was closed - There was bad network service - The staff were rude about the Wi-Fi being down, often the time gossiped about us. - There was no room service like advertised

rooms look neat and representable

4 nights business stay. I am a regular here for the past 7 years. this time around. the breakfast was not worth it,can improve on this .There were fleas for some reason. I found two on the bed and I was wondering why my body had bite marks on. the ants is a huge problem especially in the bathroom its bad ,they are all over. the WiFi signal was bad it was off more than on.

Staff were so helpful & friendly

location 1st landed us in cove rock country estate,distance frm town its not accurate as advertised, frm early hours of the morning there was no electricity fridge dripping water on the floor,we had to leave early coz of electricity, room provided cnt see the Seaview & i was not advised .tht my room its @ the back

I quite liked the room I stayed in.

Whatever is used to clean doesn't smell nice. I am sure they are using pine gel.....it smells terrible and it lasts forever. Please consider using things like Handy Andy and Domestos rather and maybe investing in diffusers would not be a bad idea. Just so that the space smells good.
