bed was extremely uncomfortable.. not a great location and I didn’t like that she had to take my passport. i offered to pay upfront and she could take a photo of my passport but she refused. i also explained I didn’t want to leave it because we were leaving at 4am the next day and she said she would be there to give it back to me. she wasn’t and we had to leave at 7am. annoying and unnecessary. didn’t have that problem in any other hotel throughout Vietnam
