The road to get to the property is full of potholes and mud

The staff was great and the room was clean. They helped us organize a van from the airport which was convenient. There are a few cafe's nearby which was really nice.

The dirt road wasn't the nicest, but definitely manageable. Also the wifi was okay if you're just travelling, but as a digital nomad, we had to sometimes leave for better reception.

Friendly staff, shared kitchen available, free drinking water, hot shower, clean room, ability to extend, we were allowed to check out a few hours later as our flight was in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend!

Location is a bit away from the good road, with the motorbike it didn’t matter to us :)

Apartments were really good and staff was one of the best people we have met. Good internet, aircon and comfy beds. Possible to make your own food in the kitchen, get local supplies, park your scooter, get to anywhere by requesting tricycle and possibility to rent surfboards and get instructors by asking staff. Maria was the best, she was so careful and helpful. We arrived already sick and she took the best possible care for us - remedies, food, online medical consultation, booked local clinic and took us there and it was possible to extend our stay as well. 🙏🏼

nothing negative as such, but if you’re driving yourself just be aware that it’s down a fairly bumpy road

The two girls that were working during my stay there are really exceptional! They are willing to help with anything you bring to them including info on the area, etc, as well as a variety of other things. Very nice helpful people. Also very courteous and mindful of others. The location is set back off the main tourist thoroughfare which I overall really liked. Dirt road and lots of trees, jungle like. Way better to me than the more noisy main street. Also, the a/c is very cold! Loved that, and I made sure to turn off when not there to try to safeguard the luxury of such strong a/c. There is a decent restaurant that takes credit cards close to the stay.

Just be aware if you are there during the monsoon season that there are giant mudpuddles from the site all the way to the main road. Even if it doesn't pour rain for a day or so the mudpuddles don't go anywhere and are extensive. Bring your mud boots or plan on only scootering or motorbiking in and out. Not really a property issue but something to be aware of prior to going. Also, the bed is single foam on wood base. If your weight is not very thin there may be more discomfort versus back benefits or some other benefit. The room was generally clean, but they did completely miss cleaning the mirror and the site could benefit from some light maintenance touch ups.
