"A little Gem of a place!"

Everything!! Dave and Lynette were so welcoming and they can’t do enough for their guests. Lots of little touches like fresh milk in a mini fridge on the landing, limitless tea and coffee in the room and free cake specially made by Lynette, and beer and wine can be purchased at very reasonable prices. Free sweets for the children and books and games can be borrowed. Breakfast superb!

Breakfast was cooked and served fresh and there was a good selection on the menu. The location was easy to find and set in a lovely part of Yorkshire. We felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay, which was because Lynette and David made us feel welcome.

"Relaxing stay in a lovely house"

Really felt like home from home, Lynette & Dave couldn’t do enough and were very helpful with local knowledge. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and well presented.
