Everything was better than we expected. Most welcoming host we have ever experienced. Neat rooms and very neat breakfast 😃. Overall felt like home, great energy.

Wat een super verblijf hebben we gehad! De eigenaren André en Monique zijn hartelijk, gezellig. Je voelt je direct op je gemak en op vakantie. Het ontbijt is fantastisch, dagelijks variatie, alles vers, streekproducten. We hebben super geslapen, het zijn hele fijne bedden, kussens en dekbedden. De kamer ziet er prachtig uit, gezellig en luxe (zelfs met rituals producten die je mag gebruiken). De omgeving is top, we hebben heerlijke wandelingen gemaakt en genoten van de lokale horeca.

Our room (Squirrel) & its bathroom were spacious, with modern decor & facilities. Breakfasts lived up to expectations from previous reviews: less choice than with a self-service buffet, but we loved Monique's selections & I'm sure if we'd wanted anything slightly different, it would have been provided. It was high quality local produce, freshly prepared & served in the comfortable breakfast room with views over the garden & fields - a really relaxing start to the day. The hosts were very welcoming & generous with tips about the local area; they both spoke excellent English. The one night our favourite restaurant (Herberg de Buitenman, across the road) was closed, they kindly let us use the breakfast room for our takeaway & even washed up after us! The wifi/internet worked well, which isn't always the case out in the countryside.

We would have liked (the option of) a brighter light in the living area. The only other negative was that we didn't like leaving!!

Wonderful rooms beautifully designed and decorated. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and having a very good restaurant opposite is perfect after a long drive. The only downside is the road outside can be busy. Would definitely go back though!
